An enjoyable read-- Interesting, short chapters on the life of a traveling salesman. Tips on maintaining good customer relationships, nostalgia and humor.
What a charming book!
This should be read by anyone dealing directly with the public.
Each chapter provides a lesson about the importance of using common sense, business etiquette, and humor when doing business.
This combined with stories of times gone by makes this an easy to read, thoroughly enjoyable read.
Really enjoyed the stories in this book. Easy to read and enjoyable.
However the version was a little rough. There were layout issues with headings not appearing properly and words run together in places. Not enough to worry too much about but still there.
